to see Brett and his Chilean rock band at the Gallivan Center.There was an interesting and diverse crowd there, with more acts following his, but we left when he was finished to have a yakiniku picnic in Betsy's backyard. No pix of that, even though the babies and Nicolle came too (Rob was at his own gig at Snowbird). Colette was wearing a lovely poofy pink dress, new this afternoon from Savers (or DI), as she played in the dirt with Betsy's toy goat. Johnathan's favorite thing was to put handsful of twigs and leaves in the air conditioner. He's so clever! Colette said, "There's a kitty!" and we looked over to see a racoon waiting to be invited to the table.

those awful raccoons! they are the bane of my existence. i know that they are outside this very moment, waiting for me to go to sleep, so they can pick my locks and steal all our shiny things!
