Betsy and I are starting a business! Or, I should say, Betsy is starting her consulting business now that she is finished with her MBA, and I am helping as well as being her first practice case. She still has to think of a name for her consulting business, but basically it's helping women with small business start-up and support. Betsy will provide services all the way from free info on-line to classes in taxes, stress management, or marketing, to six months of hands-on management, depending on the business owner's needs (and what they want to pay for). Today we spent the afternoon brainstorming and planning, with long breaks to cook and play with Ethan and the cats. It was great!
